1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading and using Suncap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the service.

2. Description of Service

Suncap is a UV index monitoring application that provides users with information about ultraviolet radiation levels and sun protection recommendations. The app offers both free and premium subscription features.

3. Subscription Terms

• Payment: Subscription payments will be charged to your iTunes Account account at confirmation of purchase
• Auto Renewing: The subscription automatically renews until cancelled in the Manage Subscriptions section of the Licensees iTunes account settings
• Manage and Cancel: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store
• Free trial: If Suncap offers a free trial and the Licensee decides to unsubscribe from a subscription before he gets charged, he may cancel the subscription before the free trial ends.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using Suncap
• Not attempt to circumvent any technical measures within the app
• Not use the app in any way that could damage or impair service functionality

5. Disclaimer

While Suncap strives to provide accurate UV index information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all data. The app should be used as a general guide only and not as a sole source for sun protection decisions. Users should always exercise caution and common sense regarding sun exposure.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our use and collection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suncap and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and functionality within Suncap, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Suncap and is protected by international copyright laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Suncap immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
